Worldwide Customer Service and Support ====================================== Enhanced NetWare support programs will be built upon HP and Novell's long standing support relationship. HP was first authorized to support Novell products in 1989 and is a founding member of the Technical Support Alliance. PC-LAN support is currently available for NetWare LANs as part of HP's worldwide multivendor network support program. Support for NetWare for the HP 9000 and the HP 3000 is also available today. As part of the new agreement, HP and Novell will: -- Collaborate on and expand support solutions for enterprisewide customer networks. HP will receive expanded training and backup support for key Response Centers. Communication links and call flow processes between HP and Novell will also be improved. -- Expand the effectiveness and breadth of the Technical Support Alliance. This program allows HP divisions to work with Novell to support HP and Novell products operating together in a NetWare environment. -- Work together to support those Novell products distributed by HP. These products will now include include Native NetWare, as well as NetWare for the HP 3000 and 9000. The specifics of new HP support offerings, as well as any new training programs, will be announced at a later date.
